• The email address of your GetAJob.video account
• Your order number for billing or refund questions (shown in Settings → Billing)
• The task ID or a screenshot if a video generation went wrong

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record. See our Refund Policy for when and how refunds are issued.

Reporting content

To report content that breaks our Terms of Service, email support@getajob.video with the subject “[Content Moderation Report]”.
