Refund Policy

1. One-time packs

Our paid plans are one-time credit packs (no subscription, no automatic renewal). Credits are added to your account immediately after payment and are valid for the period shown on the pricing page.

2. Free preview first

You can create a free preview before paying, so you can check the result quality in advance. Please use the preview to decide whether the service fits your needs.

3. When we refund

We will refund a pack, in full or in part, if:

1. You were charged but credits were not added to your account and we cannot fix it within 72 hours.
2. You were charged more than once for the same order.
3. Generations failed because of a technical problem on our side and the credits were not automatically returned.

Unused packs requested within 7 days of purchase, with no credits spent, are refunded in full.

4. When we don't refund

Credits already used to generate videos are not refundable, because the AI compute cost has already been incurred. Expired credits are not refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us with your account email and order number (shown in Settings → Billing). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor, usually within 5–10 business days.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
